VVT cam bolt automatic assembly line

VVT bolt is an important part of automotive engine VVT, vvt fully automated assembly line is fully automatic, the machine is designed to perform the automatic assembly, inspection, laser marking and data recording. The machine is made up of 7 processes, including spring base press-fitting, valve sleeve assembly, spring and valve core assembly, steel ball and circlip feeding, laser marking, bolt body thread checking and trace-ability system. Conveyor line and turntable transfer the parts to proper position, the manipulator takes the part for assembly, the HMI and PLC control system perform parameter correction and data recording for assembly process.
