Structural Form Of Automatic Assembly Line
The automatic assembly line is mainly engaged in various assembly, detection, marking, packaging and other processes in the later stage of product manufacturing in assembly automation industries. since the workpieces are assembled one by one according to the arrangement order of the special machines until the final completion of the whole assembly process, usually in front of each special machine on the conveyor line, a material separating mechanism is designed to separate the continuously arranged workpieces, and then various stop and stop mechanisms are set to form the temporary storage position of workpieces required by each special machine. After the workpiece reaches the temporary storage position of the stop, the manipulator on the special machine grabs the workpiece from the position and puts it into the positioning fixture after being confirmed by the sensor, and then carries out the assembly process operation. Finally, the manipulator on the exchange machine grabs the workpiece from this position and sends it back to the conveying line for further conveying to the next special machine. when it is necessary to change the attitude of the workpiece, it is necessary to set up a suitable reversing mechanism, change the attitude direction of the workpiece, and then carry out the process operation.

The vibration disk is used to automatically transport small parts, such as screws, nuts, rivets, small stamping parts, small injection parts, small die-casting parts, etc., while the manipulator can grasp a wider range of objects, which can not only grasp very small parts but also grasp parts with a certain size and weight.
