 With easy replacement production procedure, the Electrical Shell Assembly Equipment Machine can complete the assembly of two products without replacing the carrier and jigs, which is quick and convenient.

 

The product carrier is conveyed by 2.5 times speed chain. The standard parts we use are Yiheda, MISUMI, SMC and other brands.

NO.1 product process description: Screwing(M4X10 screw two) + top cover riveting + laser marking.

NO.2 product process description: Ultrasonic welding + laser marking.
